Refund Policy
At RÆVE CASE, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@raevecase.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds If a refund has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your original payment method.
